Diane Wood

Diane J Wood is the founder of Wag-a-Tail vacations.  She has been on the board of directors of Pet Connect Rescue for 10 years.  She has rescued and fostered over 150 dogs.  Originally, Diane and her dogs fell in love with the farm and she just had to have it. After living at the farm for a short time a friend asked her if she would watch his dogs.  As soon as all the dogs got together they immediately started playing and running around the farm and jumping in the pool.  It was at this moment Diane realized that her farm was dog heaven. 

She started boarding more and more dogs and her farm became Dogwood Farm and Wag-a-Tail vacations.  She knows it is truly a great place for your dogs to stay.  In fact there has never been a dog that came just once, and most dogs become clients for life.

Heather Greer

Heather is the manager at Wag-a-Tail vacations.  She lives in Maryland and has multiple dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla!  She is a certified dog trainer through the Animal Behavior College and has an Animal Science Degree and a Psychology degree, both of which were received from The University of Maine. 

When Heather was referred to Wag-a-Tail vacations she immediately saw how great the farm is.  Especially compared to the "regular" boarding facilities she worked at in the past.  She knows how much all the dogs love to explore and play together and her dogs also get super excited when they get to come and play at Dogwood Farm.
